KOZ club provides a professional networking service that organizes lunch meetings between compatible professionals. We match participants based on their professional profiles and current challenges to facilitate meaningful business connections.

User Registration

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Booking and Payment

Our booking terms:

• Payment of €9 per lunch is required upon booking
• Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled lunch
• Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of payment
• We reserve the right to cancel events due to insufficient participants

User Conduct

Users agree to:

• Behave professionally during all interactions
• Respect other participants' privacy and confidentiality
• Not use the service for direct sales or aggressive marketing
• Attend confirmed lunch appointments punctually

Limitation of Liability

KOZ club acts as a facilitator for professional networking. We are not responsible for the content of conversations, business deals, or relationships formed through our service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
